Learn How Tax-Efficient Planning Could Help You Preserve Your Income and Legacy

What You'll Learn

Retirement is not just about how much you have saved. It is also about how much of that money you can keep, use, and pass on with confidence. In this virtual mini-course, Financial Advisor, Dr. Scott Davis of Catalyst Wealth Advisory walks through key planning concepts that could help retirees and pre-retirees better understand how taxes may affect income, wealth transfer, and long-term financial confidence.

After watching, you'll also be invited to schedule a complimentary discovery call.

In this mini-course, you'll discover:

  • Why retirees may face a “tax bomb” without proactive planning

  • How changes in filing status, income layers, Social Security, and required distributions can affect retirement taxes

  • When Roth conversions may make sense — and why timing matters

  • How wealthy families think about growing, preserving, and transferring assets

  • Why long-term care planning can help protect your retirement income and reduce potential stress on loved ones

Hello, I'm Scott Davis

Chief Operations Officer, Financial Advisor, CRPC®

Before becoming a financial advisor, I spent many years in a long and rewarding career as a clinical neuroscientist. My work combined hands-on patient care with research and teaching, all in a field where trust truly matters. After retiring from medical science, I chose to begin a second chapter in finance, another profession built on trust. That belief is what led my partners and me to launch Catalyst Wealth Advisory, to care for our clients the same way we would care for our own family.

I approach financial planning the same way I approached medicine. No two patients were ever the same, and no two clients are either. Each person’s retirement plan deserves careful attention and thoughtful diagnosis. My recommendations are not driven by emotion or sales goals, but by research, experience, and a clear understanding of each client’s unique situation, designed to provide solutions to the challenges they face.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Robin. We have four children and four dogs that we are proud to brag about, and we are grateful to call Ocean Springs, Mississippi home.

If you have questions about your next steps, let us get to know you and your concerns by scheduling a 30-minute discovery call with our team with the link below.
